  • All products listed on aoxinhvn are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, and print positioning may occur.

  • We reserve the right to modify product details and prices without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

  • A flat shipping fee of 35,000 VND is applied per order.

  • Payments can be made via QR Code bank transfer as outlined in our Payment Policy.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting us via [email protected] or 0913209118.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, epidemics, or courier issues.

6. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details. Certain conditions and exclusions apply due to the personal nature of t-shirts.
